Inspired the area’s warehouse aesthetic and designed by SPPARC, Southworks is also the first UK building to achieve the Smart Building Certification Platinum Certificate, and only the second globally. The award-winning, seven-storey, 70,000 sq ft commercial scheme is on Rushworth Street, Southwark, close to London’s thriving Borough Market.
