Designed by acclaimed practice, Jakub Cigler Architekti, our Echt project will help revive Ružinov, Slovakia’s largest residential district. Inhabitants and visitors – friends and family – will once again all gather at the site where a new centre and plaza will be created.
The scheme’s scope includes creating a brand new Papánkovo plaza, green public space and modern amenities, from shops to coffee houses and restaurants. A place that’s both new and fitting for its neighbourhood, serving all Ružinov citizens and guests.
Treading lightly on the planet: We are exploring ways to reduce embodied carbon and enhance long-term sustainability, while creating high-quality public space.
New ambition for Ružinov’s center: Our project will revitalise the 1980’s department store and transform the site into a thriving and green residential neighbourhood.
