Steinerka Business Center sits on the original Stein Brewery complex. The project was a unique opportunity to start a new chapter for this area, turning an industrial site into part of the city centre.
Our scheme introduced new amenities and Grade A office space to the locality. From work space to socialising, wellbeing is well covered in this complex, including a courtyard thriving with shops, cafés and restaurants.
At the heart of the development, the New Stein building provides seven floors of market-leading office space and almost 1,000 sq m of retail units on the lower ground floor.
Equipped with the latest technology, the building was delivered in 2017 to great success, achieving LEED Gold sustainability certification. Steinerka Business Center was nominated for the Construction of the Year Award (2018).
